Domestic Violence advice for Parents
During the lockdown and with the stress of having to stay at home, we are aware that for some people this will be more difficult and potentially dangerous. If you are in a difficult position or need help for yourself or you need to signpost help to a neighbour or friend this information may be of help. In an emergency always contact the police on 999.
The Lord Mayor of Bristol has announced a new campaign to raise awareness. The main message is this:
At home shouldn’t mean at risk. If you or someone you know is suffering from #DomesticAbuse, isolation rules do not apply. Police response & support services remain available. Find support at gov.uk/domestic-abuse or call 999 if you are in immediate danger. #YouAreNotAlone
